Impact of Doctoral Student Training Process Fit on Doctoral Students’ Mental Health

چکیده

Background: Doctoral students have much higher risk of anxiety or depression than general population. worldwide are facing varying degrees mental health risks. Method: Based on the survey data 6,812 doctoral in Nature 2019, Probit and Logit models used to explore correlation between fit education training process students. Results: (1) The environment has a significant positive impact their health. (2) academic profession (3) organizational culture (4) financial support Conclusion: degree students’ fit, lower possibility among current research results can help reveal extensive factors that affect students, facilitate planning development effective intervention measures by universities, improve process, boost excellence.
